I have been extremely impressed and grateful for the service I have received at Painswick House. I have had several issues over the past 18 months and have received nothing but kindness, patience and expertise second to none. Lesley Price is an absolute superstar; professional, caring, funny (always puts me at ease) and very talented. I moved 2 hours away and still made the trip to see her! Her team of dental nurses and the receptionists are fantastic and friendly too. Going to the dentist has actually become a not too bad experience. Thank you Lesley and the team at Painswick House.
A lovely dental practice with professional staff, a welcoming reception and dentists that provide excellent care with a high level of treatments available to patients. All hygienists within the practice are also very thorough and offer useful advice on dental health. Would recommend this dental practice to anyone.
A lovely traditional dental practice where the dentist and hygienists really care for the patients. I've had a couple of fillings sorted that were left neglected by another practice and given helpful tips by a couple of the hygienists who I have seen for routine care too. Would definitely recommend.
I recently had a filling and a crown done by Dr Price. She and the hygienist I then saw were very thorough. I hate going to the dentist and this was the best experience I've ever had! I've not had any tooth pain or issues since. Definitely recommend!
I have been a patient at Painswick house Dental Surgery for 30 years and highly recommend the practise. All the dentists are professional and dedicated, in particular I recommend Mrs Price who sees myself and my 2 children who actually really enjoy their check-ups due to being given a friendly and gentle experience at the dentists.
If anyone was treated by us in the last fortnight and you develop symptoms of Covid-19 please inform the practice so that we can manage our team approach safelyCoping with pain at home
On June 8 we re- opened the doors at Painswick House following directions from the Chief Dental Officer of England. We were left with a very short time frame to resume our services but with the amazing assistance of the team we have achieved an awful lot in a very short time. As such it has had to be in a phased manner.
We are very grateful to all our patients for their patience, gratitude and understanding as we phase back different members of the team.
There are, and will continue to be a number of logistical challenges to be overcome. We remain determined to deliver safe and as broad a range of our services as the current restrictions allow.
It feels different.
You can expect things to look and feel a bit different. We have and always will work in an environment where infection control is an integral part of our daily life. The new regulations are designed for your and our dental team’s safety. So you will see us dressed in new outfits as we don our PPE but be assured there are the same smiling faces behind those masks.
As part of our new procedures you will be unable to enter the building unless escorted by a nurse, hygienist or dentist. When we make your appointment we will run through our procedures. On arrival you will be greeted at the door (please wear a mask), have your temperature taken and provided with some hand sanitiser.
As from 1 September we will have two hygienist surgeries running. You will find they have additional nursing support to help make the appointment run more smoothly. Please be patient whilst we slowly clear the backlog of cancelled appointments from the lockdown. In order to comply with social distancing we can only operate from the basement and first floor surgeries.
It is undoubtedly a difficult time for all whilst we continue to adapt to the changing environment we find ourselves in. We are determined to continue to provide the high level of care that Painswick House stands for as we feel our way through the coming months.
We looked forward to seeing you at Painswick House in the near future.
Guy Alex Craig and Simon.
